We only accept cash payments on collection when ordering via the website.
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.
In the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 - 10 working days.

Ordering & Cancellation of orders
Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the Booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.
Amendments to the order or delivery time can be made no later than 30 mins prior to the start of the collection window booked.
Amendments to the content of your order can be made up to 30 minutes before the collection window begins. Amendments to the order must be made by phoning us directly. Your initial payment will be cancelled and a new payment raised.
Orders may be cancelled in full up to 10 minutes before the start of the Collection window selected. We will endeavour to issue a refund to you within 7-10 working days.
Cancellations within 30 minutes of the start of the delivery window will be charged in full.
Products
Orders are subject to availability.
Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts. The Dishes, Desserts and Ice Cream sold by may contain nut derivatives.

Collection times
Our goal is to provide the best Collection service in the market which includes an excellent reputation for being ready on time. Unfortunately things don't always go to plan and factors, such as, weather, staff and illness occasionally prevents us from achieving this.
